Hello all! Today i will be reviewing Daiso's pomegranate mask. it is very similar to the other pure moisture mask sheets i have purchased before.
by similar, it is a pack of 3 for $1.50 and it is the same thickness(which apparently, i do not like lol).
same instructions and caution warnings as the other masks:
HOW TO USE:
1. Make clean skin after showering
2. apply the mask on face and stretch it even.
3. remove the mask from your face in 10 to 20 minutes. pat the liquid on the face.
apply it 2-3 times a week.
CAUTION:
-do not apply it on a wound or eczema
-if you find red spot on the skin or feel itching in using, please stop using and see doctor.
-use immediately after open it
-be careful that it can not be inside of eyes then wash the eyes with water.
-do not dump mask into toilet. mask is not melt in water
-do not reuse the mask after one time using.
-keep it away from children, any place of high temperate or direct shine.
Made in Korea.
MY THOUGHTS:
smell wise, it does not smell like pomegranate at all o.o it just smells really, artificial? I don't know how to describe it. I thought it would be really acidic as well, but i couldn't smell it or feel it at all.
not sure what this mask is supposed to help with. once again really ambiguous stuff on the packaging. i just know its supposed to help keep your face moist.
the mask is too thick for my liking and i felt like it didnt have as much extract as the thinner masks. uh, not sure if it is because of the horrible heat (seriously, it has been like 90 degrees F and above lately), but the mask dried out pretty fast. Well, the honey pure moisture mask i reviewed dried out pretty fast as well and it wasnt that humid, so i assume its the mask.
the area around my nose is also quite sensitive and i tend to lose skin around there a lot and it actually stung a bit there when i had the mask on. not sure if thats a good or bad thing lol.
anyways, if you are looking to buy masks at daiso, i recommend the collagen, q10 or bb masks over the pure moisture ones because they are thinner and seem to have more essence. It also truly depends on what type of mask you like though. if you like the thicker ones, then the pure moisture ones are a good pick.
