My Lucky Star Somnus Bracelet

Hello! Time for another review, sort of! I recently purchased a My Lucky Star Somnus Bracelet off a Singaporean website. I watched the drama ages ago and I have always loved the bracelet in the drama, which at some point in my life, i wanted to buy one, BUT the prices were so expensive then I never got a chance to. :(  until finally, i thought about it again and decided to google around for it. It was quite hard to find actually, a lot of them were either no international shipping or too expensive. I actually came upon a blogspot selling it for around $12 but the post was 2 years ago, so I seriously doubt they are still selling it :/  so i kept searching and searching until i came upon this one website that sold the bracelet for around $5. Combined with the horrible shipping price of about $3, which made my total to be around 8, I got the bracelet shipped to me in about 2-3 weeks.  this is what it looks like the build of the bracelet is quite sturdy and it does no

Review: Pain de Me French Macarons with Almonds

Hello, doing another review today! So today it will be on food. I bought this at Marukai (japanese market) a couple weeks back but never got to type up the review. These are Pain de Me, 12 French macarons with almonds. apparently, they are imported from france...not sure about that.  I got them on 'sale' for $9, making them 75 cents a piece. whoot...  I personally have not tried macarons EVER in my life, so i wanted to see what the hype about it was all about. the price seemed reasonable, as i heard it was around $1-2 a piece at stores? not sure.  6 flavors, 2 of each  chocolate, raspberry, vanilla, coffee, lemon, pistachio.  sorry about the pics, i actually tried a bunch already until i realized i forgot to take pics!  this is how they look. they're actually a LOT smaller than i thought. i'd say its probably bigger than a quarter?  back of the box showing the ingredients used and nutrition facts.  apparently, it is 157 calories per serving..

REVIEW: DAISO CHARCOAL PORE CARE PACK

Hello! It has been a while since my last review and so today I will do a review on Daiso's charcoal pore care pack.  I have seen many many charcoal face mask reviews that people have bought at Daiso and i was sooo looking forward to buying that and testing it out, but my Daiso did not offer it. I am very disappointed :( but i guess this pore care pack will do!  This is a picture of how it looks. sorry for the bad image, i actually had a better image but i dont know what happened to it!  This is made in korea and comes in a box of 4 for $1.50. that is about 40 cents for one sheet, which i feel is reasonable. before, i used to buy these off amazon from a seller in korea and it cost me nearly 70 cents a sheet because of shipping and all, so i felt that this is really cheap.  Instructions:  1. wet nose after washing. it is hard to paste on dried skin. do not directly wet the pack as it may weaken effect. 2. remove transparent sheet by dried hand.  3. paste sheet from
