REVIEW: Bio-essence Bio-Energy Snail Mask

Not sure if snail products are still a hype nowadays, but I still love using them.  Once again, straying away from my surprise masks, I got this product as a free sample when I purchased my Dr. Wu face masks.  Per packaging- Product Efficacies:  -Rapidly absorbed by skin to provide deep hydration and prevent moisture loss -Helps promote skin renewal and replace fine lines and wrinkles for a smooth refined, skin  -Replenishes collagen needed by skin, keeping skin supple and elastic  -Helps fade pimple scars and marks, enhancing skin repair system  -Wish anti-inflammatory property to relieve pimples, soothe skin and protect skin from harmful pollutants  Ahh the wonders of snail masks.  1. Thick/Thin  THIN  2. Scent  Smells like coconut?? Not too strong  3. Serum  Slimy, as expected for snail serums.  4. Size Didn't take a pic, but it didn't fit quite well on my face, even though the front of the packaging states that it h

REVIEW: TONY MOLY I'm Real Green Tea Mask Sheet

Straying away from my surprise masks for a bit is a TONY MOLY Green Tea sheet mask.  I bought this on a whim to get free shipping from a purchase I was making at Macy's.  $3.00 Frankly speaking, I didn't have that great of an experience with this mask, and I didn't take too many photos either... which kind of leaves me with a semi-bad review coming up.  1. Thick/Thin  THICK. Thicker than Daiso masks. I'm not a fan of thick masks, so once I get one of these... the reviews won't be as great.  2. Scent  I mean I guess I was expecting to smell green tea, but that wasn't the case. The green tea scent was so light..it was mostly floral scents that I was smelling.  3. Serum  I think there was an adequate amount of serum for this mask. Not too much and not too little.  4. Size Fit my face perfectly. Wish I took a photo.  5. Purpose Skin Purifying. I guess that's the main thing that they emphasize for this product

REVIEW: My Scheming Intensive Lifting Black Eye Mask

The packaging is super cool, and even the mask has these bat ears to portray the superhero look.  I have tried these type of eye masks before, and they're super awesome if you just want to concentrate on your eyes.  Super great for days when you're really tired.  TOP: photo before  BOTTON: photo after I just realized that I took before and after photos of different eyes (oops) Mask- no plastic sheet, which I guess isn't necessary since it's so small.  Photo of mask.  1. Thick/Thin  THIN. Super thin mask, and it is just what I love. Is it just me, or are all black colored masks really thin?  2. Scent  Smells similar to the Disney Princess mask that I reviewed. A bit like aloe vera ish.  3. Serum  Mask was soaked with serum. 4. Size Perfect. and it looked cool as well. I felt like a superhero for 20 minutes.  5. Purpose I guess the main purpose of all eye masks is to help lift and brighten your ti

REVIEW: Lovemore Tsum Tsum ArtMask- Mickey and Minnie

Hi all,  today I will be reviewing the Tsum Tsum Artmask- Minnie and Mickey version  To my knowledge, there are many different ones with different Tsums on it.  The brand of the mask is Lovemore and it is made in Taiwan  Instructions are really basic and common  -wash face -put mask on for 15 minutes  -remove  Photo of mask- no plastic sheet- just the mask itself  TONS OF SERUM. There was so much, I was able to squeeze out a handful..  Mickey design on mask- cheek and forehead.  REVIEW:  I think I'm going to start splitting my mask reviews into sections of: 1. Thick/Thin  2. Scent  3. Serum  4. Size 5. Purpose 6. Afterthoughts 1. THICK/THIN  This mask is definitely THICK. It is way thicker than Dr. Wu masks, and as you can see in the photos, the mask isn't as transparent on my skin. 2. SCENT  The scent wasn't fragrant or floral like most masks I have used. It is kind of like a weird oatmeal scent, which

REVIEW: Dr Wu Capsule Mask with Vitamin A + Future Reviews

Today, I will also be writing a review on Dr. Wu's Deep Hydrating Capsule Mask with Vitamin A I have recently become a big fan of Dr. Wu products, and really wanted to try their facial masks.  For those who are unaware, Dr. Wu products originate from Taiwan, and to my knowledge, it is quite popular in Taiwan.  Of course, popularity comes with a cost.  These are one of the most expensive facial masks I have purchased yet. (I usually don't pay more than $2 USD for facial masks).  A pack of three cost me $11 USD from Ebay. This is considered cheap, since the masks were expiring, and the seller wanted to get rid of it.  In general, I have seen them ranging from $12 USD- $15USD for a pack of 3 on Ebay.  So for a $4-$5 facial mask, is it worth it compared to so many other cheaper alternatives?  First off, there are three layers to this mask:  -the white plastic  -the mask itself -blue sheet I believe they do this because the mask itself is ve

REVIEW: OLAY Regenerist Whip

Wishing everyone a Happy Memorial Day! Today, I am continuing on with the Walmart Award-worthy Beauty box product reviews.  I may skip out on reviewing the deodorant that was included in this box because I rarely use deodorant.... The main reason I purchased this box is because I had too many moisturizers that I still haven't finished using, BUT really wanted to try out Olay's whip moisturizer. Per many of my older reviews, I am a huge fan of Olay products, and love to try anything new.  IMO, this is a really good sample size moisturizer. Really glad that they actually came in a jar, and not those cheapo sample packets.  I have been using it on and off for the past couple of weeks, and there is still plenty. The product itself is really light, and non-greasy as the box describes. I can definitely see why they call it Whip.  In terms of the smell, it is the same smell as their normal Regenerist product.  This product left my skin fee

REVIEW: Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy Toothpaste

Next item in the Award-worthy beauty box: Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy I really questioned if I wanted to review this because I don't think I would have put much effort into reviewing it compared to the other beauty products in this box.  So they basically call it therapy because: Beautifully whiten* your smile and repair weakened enamel with Crest 3D White Whitening Therapy Enamel Care toothpaste. The formula contains our best whitening technology** and an Active Mineral Complex. The toothpaste lifts impurities and remineralizes teeth to repair weakened enamel. *by removing surface stains. **among single-tube toothpastes. Quoted from their website** So basically this toothpaste helps whiten your teeth and strengthens your enamel.  On a regular basis, I use Crest 3D White (the purple colored tube), which is supposed to whiten teeth, but I don't think it
